Terms of Service

Pixmint Control Center (the "tool") is operated by Pixmint ("Pixmint", "we", "us"), a service business with its office and operations inBangladesh, working with clients worldwide, at https://crm.pixmint.agency. By signing in or using the tool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The tool is for Pixmint's team and people we invite. It is not a public service and our clients do not have accounts. Your account is personal to you: keep your password safe, do not share it, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. What you can see and do depends on your role, and you may only use what your role allows.

You agree to:

• use the tool only for Pixmint's work and in line with the law;
• treat client information, files and fees as confidential, and not copy or share them outside the work you are doing;
• not try to get around access limits, for example by opening files or folders you are not meant to reach;
• not upload anything unlawful, harmful (such as malware) or that you do not have the right to use;
• not disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the tool or its connections to other services.

Information and files about clients stay the property of Pixmint or the client concerned, as set out in our agreements with them. You must have the right to add anything you put into the tool. We use client information only to provide our services, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The tool can connect to Pixmint's Google Drive and other services we use. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them or for outages on their side. Only a Pixmint owner can connect or disconnect Google Drive. The tool works inside one chosen Clients folder; moving items to the Drive trash is possible from the tool, but nothing is permanently deleted by it, and you remain responsible for checking before you rename, move or trash files that others rely on.

A client may be sent a link to review and sign an agreement. Drawing a signature and submitting it on that page is an electronic signature of the agreement shown. The terms of the agreement itself are in the agreement, not in these terms.

We aim to keep the tool available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, update or withdraw features, and may take it offline for maintenance.

The tool, its design and the Pixmint name and logo belong to Pixmint. These terms give you the right to use the tool as described here and nothing more. Client content stays with its owner, as described in section 4.

The tool is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Pixmint is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business arising from using the tool, and our total liability for any claim connected with the tool is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which for team members is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or end an account at any time, for example when someone leaves the team, when security is at risk, or when these terms are broken. You may stop using the tool at any time. Records about work you did stay with Pixmint.

How we handle personal information, including Google Drive data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not take away any rights you have under mandatory laws where you live. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept it.
